Billing
Paying invoices
How to pay Expanse Panel invoices with balance, card, or Tebex checkout.
Paying invoices
You can pay invoices from Billing → Invoices. Open an unpaid or overdue invoice to see payment options.
Payment methods
Depending on your account and which providers are enabled, you may see:
- Pay with Balance — uses your team credit.
- Pay with Card — starts Stripe checkout.
- Pay with Tebex — starts Tebex checkout when enabled.
Invoices that are already paid, cancelled, or draft cannot be paid.
Pay with balance
Use Pay with Balance when your team balance is high enough to cover the remaining invoice amount.
If the button is disabled, your balance is probably too low. Top up first or use card/Tebex checkout.
When balance payment succeeds:
- The invoice is marked paid if the full amount is covered.
- The balance is reduced.
- A payment record is added to the invoice.
- A payment confirmation email may be sent to the team billing email or owner email.
Pay with card
Pay with Card sends you to Stripe checkout. After payment, you return to the Billing page. The page syncs the checkout session and refreshes invoices, balance, and transactions.
If the invoice still shows unpaid immediately after returning, wait a moment and refresh. Payment confirmation can take a short time to arrive.
Pay with Tebex
When Tebex checkout is enabled, Pay with Tebex sends you to Tebex for payment. Tebex may show additional payment method information and processing details.
The panel syncs the invoice after you return. If the status does not change immediately, wait briefly and refresh.
Processing fees
Card or Tebex payments may include processing fees. The invoice or checkout breakdown shows these fees before you pay.
Balance payments do not add a gateway processing fee in the same way, because they use credit already on your team.
Domain renewals
If the invoice is for a domain renewal, paying the invoice lets Expanse Panel attempt the registrar renewal. Keep your invoice paid before the due date so the domain does not risk expiry.
