Promotions and discounts

Promotion codes reduce the price of eligible orders. You may see a promotion code field during checkout or order creation.

How to use a promotion code

1. Enter the code exactly as provided.
2. Click the form action that validates or applies the code.
3. Review the discount and final price before paying.

Codes are matched without caring about uppercase/lowercase, but spelling still matters.

Why a code may not work

A promotion code can be rejected if:

• It is invalid or expired.
• It has reached its maximum number of uses.
• It is not valid for your team.
• It does not apply to the service type you are ordering.
• The order does not meet the minimum order amount.
• It only applies to a specific billing period.

Service types

Promotions can be limited to specific service types, such as:

• Game servers.
• VPS.
• Bare metal.
• Domains.
• Domain transfers.
• Domain renewals.

If the code is for a different product type, the panel will not apply it.

Billing periods

Some recurring promotions only apply to specific billing periods, such as monthly or annual billing. If your selected billing period does not match, choose a supported period or use a different code.

Discount types

Promotions can be percentage-based or fixed amount. The final discount is calculated server-side so the checkout total stays accurate.

Too many attempts

If you try too many codes quickly, the panel may ask you to wait a moment before trying again.
