Getting started
Your account and sign in
How to sign in to Expanse Panel, protect your sign-in, and what to do if you get stuck on the login screen.
Your account and sign in
You use one account to open Expanse Panel. That is the same identity you use when you “Continue with” your email or social sign-in (depending on what Expanse enabled for you). You do not get a separate “game password” in the panel — one secure account is enough.
Sign in the first time
- Open your panel link (from your order email, invoice, or Panel login in the help site header). You should see a normal sign-in screen, not a random web form asking for a password by email.
- Use the same method every time (for example, the same email provider / magic link / SSO). That keeps a single team history under your user.
- If you are invited to someone else’s team, accept the invite from your email, then sign in. You can belong to more than one team; you pick the team after you are in the dashboard (see What is a team?).
Security basics
- Do not share your sign-in with the whole team. Add people with Inviting members so everyone has their own access and you can remove them later.
- Turn on two-step verification (2FA) in your account security settings. See Two-factor authentication (2FA) for a full walkthrough.
- If you get an email you did not expect about a login, change your password or security settings with your identity provider, then contact us from an official support path.
“I can’t get in”
| Problem | What to try first |
|---|---|
| “Wrong account” | Sign out fully, then sign in with the email you used to order. You might have more than one Google/Microsoft/etc. address. |
| Invite link expired | Ask the team owner to send a new invite. Only use links from your email. |
| No access to a feature | Your team role may not include that area (e.g. billing is limited to some roles). See Team roles. |
| Still stuck | Open a support ticket and describe the last thing you see on screen (no need to share passwords or full card numbers). |
Privacy
Expanse will only use your sign-in to secure the panel, send you billing and product mail you asked for, and run support you request. We do not use your help searches to train public models, and you should not paste secrets into public forums—use a private ticket for account-specific help.
