Referrals

The Referrals (sometimes Affiliate or Earn) section in Expanse Panel is where you can use a personal link to bring new customers to Expanse. When someone orders through your link and the order qualifies, you can earn commission according to the rules shown in the product (rates, minimum payout, and so on are displayed there, not in this static help text).

Where to find it

  • Sign in to the panel, select your team if you have more than one, then open Referrals from the sidebar.
  • If the menu is missing, your account or the team may not be enrolled, or a role may not see the page. Ask an owner or support if you think that is wrong.

What you will usually see (high level)

  • A default referral link and sometimes extra campaign links with a tag so you can see which link performed best.
  • Clicks and referrals counts—useful to know whether people are at least opening the page.
  • Earnings and payouts in line with the program rules (balance, available amount, and withdrawal options when the product offers them).
  • Charts or summaries of recent activity so you can see trends, not a single lucky day.

Honest use

  • Do not trick people into clicking (fake “download” buttons, malware ads, and so on). We enforce policy and the law.
  • Label your link as an affiliate or referral where the platform you post on (YouTube, Twitch, blog) already asks for that.
  • One real human per order — fraud rings and self-referral chains are not “being clever”; they are abuse and can close your account and reverse earnings.

Rules can change

  • Commission percentages, minimum payout, cookie or attribution window, and recurring vs one-time credit are all defined in the panel on the day you work. The help site does not quote numbers. If something in the app looks out of date, open a support ticket with a screenshot of the setting that confuses you.
  • How referral credit works — a bit more on timing and balance
  • Billing overview for the difference between credit you spend as a customer and referral earnings, which are not the same bucket in every system
